confidentiality are key to executing a successful search. Our database of
quality candidates is fully vetted, and we always invite individuals to
express interest in open and confidential positions prior to them actually

to you | While we fully
understand sensitivity to budgets, we stand firmly behind the quality of our
retained searches for clients. While we do price competitively, we do not
want to compromise our ability to seek the ideal candidate for your organization.
We can however work towards achieving the most effective savings (which can
be passed on to you) when engaged as a preferred or exclusive service
provider. We understand that
sometimes despite extensive due diligence, things just don’t fit or work out.
We will conduct a complimentary replacement search for any position in which
a candidate who was qualified by our service and eventually selected by a
